EPI (Emulsion Polymer Isocyanate) Wood Adhesive is a high-performance, two-component water-based adhesive system. It consists of a specially modified aqueous polymer emulsion (resin) and an isocyanate cross-linking agent (hardener). When mixed, it cures through a chemical cross-linking reaction to form a highly dense, three-dimensional network structure.
This product overcomes the limitations of traditional water-based wood glues (such as single-component PVA) in terms of water and heat resistance. It easily passes the rigorous EN 204 D4 maximum waterproof rating test as well as JAS peel tests. Even after boiling water cyclic tests, it maintains structural-grade bonding strength.

Cured through strong chemical cross-linking, its water resistance far exceeds regular white glue. It easily handles extreme environments like kitchens, bathrooms, and outdoor exposure to rain and sun without delaminating.
