Our white glue (D1 water based adhesive) is a safe, low-emission PVAc adhesive engineered for indoor woodworking, free of formaldehyde, benzene and harmful high VOCs. It is certified safe for children’s wooden toys, furniture and craft items. As a light yellow emulsion, it delivers powerful initial tack and excellent toughness for sturdy, impact-resistant wood joints.
Its ultra-low minimum film-forming temperature of 0°C enables reliable construction in cold seasons or unheated workshops without weak adhesion. It fits 45-degree angle assembly, solid wood splicing and veneer lamination on solid wood, plywood, MDF and particleboard. For best results, keep wood moisture 8–12%, surfaces clean and oil-free, minimum cold pressing 4 hours, and cure 24 hours before sanding or finishing.
Safe and user-friendly, uncured excess wipes away with water. Stored sealed at 5–35°C, it retains stable performance for 12 months. We supply 500g bottles for DIY studios and 20kg/50kg barrels for factories. Avoid mixing with other adhesives and follow FIFO rotation; trial testing before mass production is recommended.
