Our D1 yellow water-based wood glue is a safe, low-emission PVAc adhesive engineered for indoor woodworking, fully free of formaldehyde, benzene and harmful high VOCs, making it certified and safe for manufacturing children’s wooden toys, furniture and craft items. Formulated as light yellow emulsion the glue delivers powerful initial tack and excellent toughness to create sturdy, impact-resistant wood joints.
Its standout ultra-low minimum film-forming temperature of 0°C enables reliable construction in cold seasons or unheated workshops without incomplete film formation or weak adhesion. It fits common woodworking processes including 45-degree angle assembly, solid wood splicing and veneer lamination on solid wood, plywood, MDF and particleboard. For optimal bonding results, keep wood moisture between 8–12%, ensure bonding surfaces are clean and oil-free, and maintain a minimum cold pressing time of 4 hours; leave workpieces to cure 24 hours after releasing pressure before sanding, trimming or finishing.
Safe and user-friendly, uncured excess glue can be easily wiped away with water. Stored sealed in a cool dry environment between 5–35°C, the adhesive retains stable performance for a full 12 months. We supply flexible packaging options: small 500g bottles for small DIY studios, alongside 20kg and 50kg industrial barrels to support large-scale furniture and toy factories. Always avoid mixing this glue with other adhesive types and follow FIFO stock rotation. Trial testing before mass production is recommended to adjust parameters for your unique workshop environment.
