Product Overview

Our High-Strength Epoxy AB Wood Adhesive is a professional-grade, two-component structural bonding system. It consists of a specially modified bisphenol A epoxy resin (Part A) coupled with a high-performance polyamide hardener (Part B), engineered to deliver exceptional load-bearing strength and outstanding cured toughness along the glue line. Formulated with optimal viscosity, it features excellent brushing performance for smooth, even manual application, curing into a robust, highly cohesive polymer network that permanently locks timber together.

Unlike traditional wood glues that often struggle with dense, oily, or ultra-hard hardwoods, this epoxy system is specifically optimized to overcome the bonding challenges of high-hardness timber. It provides superior temperature resistance and structural-grade joint integrity that prevents creeping, joint failure, or environmental degradation under mechanical stress. This makes it the premier choice for demanding woodworking applications, including the cold splicing of premium solid wood, 45-degree bevel angle gluing, and critical joint assemblies such as chair foot round tenons, vertical backrests, and armrest finger joints.

Features and Benefits

Structural-Grade Bonding Strength
Specifically formulated for high-density and high-hardness hardwoods, it penetrates deep into wood pores to create a robust, structural-grade bond that securely locks joints under high mechanical stress.

Excellent Cured Toughness & Creep Resistance
Unlike standard brittle adhesives, the cured polyamide-epoxy matrix delivers exceptional toughness along the glue line, allowing it to absorb structural vibrations and resist cracking or creeping over time.

Superior Temperature & Environmental Resistance
Once fully cured, the adhesive exhibits outstanding thermal stability and chemical resistance, ensuring the bond line remains stable and durable across varying indoor and outdoor temperatures.

Optimized Application & Pot Life
Featuring an engineered viscosity profile, it provides excellent brushing performance for smooth, even application, combined with a generous 30-to-60-minute pot life that allows ample time for precision alignment during complex assemblies.
