This moisture-cured, one-component reactive polyurethane liquid PUR adhesive features excellent film flexibility, rapid drying speed, a superior foaming effect, and outstanding water resistance. Highly versatile and engineered for challenging substrates, it is perfectly suited for splicing wood with a high moisture content of 20% to 60%, bonding oily or high-hardness wood species, and joining dissimilar materials such as melamine surfaces to wood, gypsum board, HPL, and metal. With a 100% solid content and a viscosity of 1000–3,000 CPS, it provides a flexible 1-to-10-minute bonding window, foams within 3 to 5 minutes, and requires 4 hours of pressure time; for optimal results, the bonding surfaces must be smooth, clean, and free of dust or oil, while storage and application environments should be kept away from excessive humidity and temperature to prevent premature curing.
